NDIS Eligibility

You may be eligible to claim under the National Disability Insurance Scheme. This relatively new scheme provides a government-assisted allowance for services such as Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Personal Training, Occupational Therapy and Dietetics.

NDIS Funding Options

As we are registered NDIS providers we can facilitate all funding types from NDIA, PLAN and SELF managed participants. Through our thorough onboarding process, together, we will identify all areas of required supports, whilst considering personal circumstances, to ensure a well planned and supported approach from the start.

Prior to a commencement of onboarding and therapy we will work closely with you to establish a service agreement whilst ensuring we provide importantly transparency and your choice and control.

We are registered NDIS providers offering a variety of health services and therapies to NDIS participants and the wider community.

Tailored Approach with NDIS

We understand the needs of each participant, and we discuss these with family, carers, guardians and of course of course, the participant. 

As always, we will discuss the most realistic approach to support you in reaching your goals. Therefore, with your inclusion, together we plan our approach through therapy intervention to support all our participants in reaching their desired outcomes and goals.

Our team of highly trained and supported therapists are trained to be able to plan and prescribe the correct approach, to complement our participants in planning and supporting them in reaching their desired goals and outcomes from start to finish. You can expect to feel nurtured throughout the process.

Equipment and Technology

We have state-of-the-art equipment and strategies to further assist in the required intervention. Whether it’s neurological, intellectual, physical or other disabilities our state of the art facility has the appropriate equipment and technology to enable out therapist to better support you in reaching the desired outcomes and goals. 

Through our innovative and evidence based approach, this equipment is particularly valuable when delivering and individualised approach, valuable and effective therapy.

As a professional therapy provider and registered NDIS provider, our team and therapists are bound by governing authorities to further support the safe, effective and reliable intervention to all participants on My Health Clinics NDIS program.
